Mauro is the Business Development Director of the CX Center of Excellence, the SAP EMEA team that supports the corporate strategies for Marketing Development, the Demand Generation activities and the Pipeline management on Customer Engagement and Commerce themes. He matured a twenty years experience in the Sales Application field, where he mainly worked in Sales and Business Solutions Development on Customer Experience, Loyalty, Marketing Optimization and Social Brand Management fields. Graduated in Statistics and Economics, he covered managerial roles and of individual contributor before entering SAP, both in EMEA and in Italy for different companies like Oracle, Siebel Systems, SAS Institute and Atos Origin.
