Alessandro works as Director of eCommerce and Digital Department at Costa Crociere, the italian cruiseline company of the Carnival Group. Alessandro worked 7 years in Accenture in the Telco market and joint Costa Crociere in 2007. After some years in Information Technology and with the President as PMO, he moved to the Global & Strategic Marketing where currently he works. Alessandro is leading the implementation of the Omnichannel Digital Strategy of the Company, aiming to deliver the same experience to Customers approaching digital touchpoints shoreside and onboard Costa’s ships. A new websites, a new app and a new digital onboard experience are being delivered in the last months, and these are just the first steps of a long digital transformation journey Costa is successfully taking.
