I'm Michele Caruso, Head of Data & Customer Experience at Wunderman Thompson Italy (WPP). With afascinating challenge of linking each other Data, AI Technologies, Business Strategy andService Design.
Already at the age of 27 y.o., I had the chance to work as Head of Digital Intelligence at DOING by leading 14 professionals and 20+ projects (5+ million € budget) and launching from scratch the unit itself (3X of Growth).
My background includes 5 years’ experience in Management Consulting. I worked as Senior Consultant 3rd at EY (youngest at global scale), Consultant at Value Lab and Analyst at Accenture Digital by taking part in international Digital, Sales and Marketing projects on different industries and Countries.
I lectured at Il Sole 24 Ore, Bologna Business School and Bicocca University on Digital Strategies, Social Media, eCommerce and Customer Experience management.
I attended the M. Sc. in Mathematical-Industrial Engineering at "Sapienza" University of Rome. I also attended a Summa cum Laude M.Sc. in Management (Innovation and Marketing) at Paris-Sud University, in Paris. And an Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management on Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy, with A+ score.
