Simone Bittoto, 37, entered the ecommerce world in the early 2000s.
With technical training behind him, over the years he integrated his knowledge about marketing and customer experience practices, getting passionate about new consumption methods within digital channels.
After starting his career in the IT sector, he participated as a consultant in the start-up phase of the first ecommerce projects for the largest Italian consumer electronics retailers.
Since 2014 he has been CEO of Eurostep, a company that deals with Ecommerce end to end, starting from strategy and business planning up to fulfillment and customer care.
Comes from a family that has allowed him to also acquire know-how in the field of product and process creation, immediately applies a scientific approach to data analysis on each sales touchpoint, a feature that becomes a distinctive element of the proposition of Eurostep on the market.
With the Eurostep team, he supported many brands in perfecting their Ecommerce Experience.
