RPOST is in Milan with its own private correspondence delivery organization since 2012, where, under the name Nuova Rinaldi, it immediately obtained approval from various product sectors.
The choice to call the company Nuova Rinaldi followed a historical path of some of the partners, who over the years had contributed to giving a turning point to the delivery of correspondence: our CEO, Luciano Mangione, proponent of the project "certain date and time", has outlined in Italy a clear dividing line between the past and the future of correspondence.
Also for the delivery of goods Rpost wants to revolutionize the rules of traditional delivery by express courier:
• Customer Pick-up
• Same day delivery
• Second delivery attempt
• Immediate reading of the service level (daily)
• Return of the emergency in the same day
• Elimination of stocks
• Analysis and weekly report of service performance and customer satisfaction
We do not stop on the many goals achieved, we aim to reach the maximum every day:
• investing in latest generation technologies to reduce delivery processing times and guarantee a traceability system, easier for operators to use, easier for customers to view
• constantly monitoring processes and activities so that they remain consistent with the commitments made to our customers
• using low environmental impact vehicles
• extending territorial coverage gradually, in order to guarantee maximum operational homogeneity
• training and involving employees and collaborators to actively participate with ideas and suggestions.
• proposing rates consistent with technological development and market expectations, allowing the Client to benefit from its economies of scale
