Based on these experiences Teorema’s last born is ON-Bot, a product designed to offer a chatbot quick and easy to install, designed with the aim of creating a standardized product that makes economic and democratic the use of virtual assistants in all business, in all sectors and in all corporate divisions. Leveraging an Artificial Intelligence engine, ON-Bot is able to understand natural language and answers to users' most frequent questions, helping them to navigate in websites, help desks and complex Q&As environments, to find what they are looking for.
