Heres developed an Artificial Intelligence solution for the creation of chatbots and voicebots that optimize business process and customer experience.
By means of APIs and connectors, Heres’ proprietary platform is integrated with Google’s Natural Language Processing technology, with third-party channels (like Facebook, Whatsapp and Voice Assistants) and with the Clients’ systems. Sales Assistant: this bot works as a proactive marketing tool that can use storytelling, can generate leads and can be fully customized, thanks to the integration with CRM and in-platform profiling.
Booking: classic booking forms are overcome by natural language, thanks to the integration of this solution with management software for every field; users are thus provided with a smoother experience, enriched with contextualized information and reminders.
Recruitment: this chatbot manages the first steps of a candidate’s selection, automating the process of CVs collection and screening. A year after its launch, Heres has already released a number of multilingual and multichannel chatbots in different types of industries.
