Valentina Filippini is a PhD in civil and commercial law, specializing also in IT contract law. She is currently Netcomm's Trustmark Project Manager and provides legal consultancy services for e-commerce and digital retail (with particular focus on privacy law, sales law, commercial law and consumer law). Previously, she was legal advisor for an important Italian consumer association and collaborated with the Milan Chamber of Commerce in the analysis of the commercial companies’ compliance to the law. She writes articles and books on the subject of digital commerce and new technologies. She is a member of the Netcomm Academy teaching staff.
