Nadia graduated cum laude to the faculty of Law of Università degli Studi in Milan and she is enrolled to the Milan Bar since 2006. Nadia Martini developed significant experience in judicial and extrajudicial assistance to Italian and foreign clients in all matters of Data Protection, Information Technology, Copyright and Industrial rights. Nadia Martini is Certificated Privacy Officer according to the standard ISO / IEC 17024: 2008, Data Protection Officer and member of the Italian Privacy Institute. She achieved three masters in Intellectual Property Law, Information Technologies and Data Protection. Nadia Martini is also author of many publications and she holds seminars and training courses on Data Protection in Italy and foreign countries.
