Monica Gagliardi is the Brand Marketing, E-Commerce and Communication Director of OVS. She has worked for over 20 years in the Marketing industry with a focus on relationship marketing and CRM. After her experiences in the food retail industry at Coop Italia and Interdis, more than 10 years ago she landed in the world of fashion at Gruppo OVS as ​International E-Commerce Director.

During this period, she has significally contributed in the development of an omnichannel strategy in terms of big data, managing both the analytical and the communication parts, as well as implementing the use of new technologies in order to improve all communication channels with customers, while maintaining at the same time a single customer view.

The omni-customer satisfaction is her mantra!
