Nicola Gorelli joined SAP in 2017, after working at Consulting and Cloud software companies. He gained a wide experience in the field of Digital Transformation, helping companies in their journey of transformation, from customer experience to the digitalisation of the core processes (sales, service, marketing, eCommerce), with focus on the Luxury & Fashion markets. He currently holds the role of Innovation & Portfolio Lead of the Customer Experience division within the SAP Digital Business Services consulting unit, which aims to combine Business and IT to help companies reinvent their business and draw on the maximum benefit from integrated SAP and non-SAP solutions, minimizing risk and accelerating innovation.
