After graduating in Business, I was a researcher in Macroeconomics at the LIUC University of Castellanza, publishing a paper about the Expo impact on Italian international trade, to understand what Expo could be and was not.

Later, I worked in Customer Care area starting from my personal conception: customer isn't always right. Passed through two banks, currently I'm working in Westwing Italy with full responsibility for Logistic, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Shooting. In a word, Operations.

I start from the numbers and try to give them an explanation, but with an obsession: customer satisfaction, in the widest possible sense.
