He began his career in THRON by supporting the product team in the study of UX through the analysis of experience and cases of use manifested by customers and the market of reference. This approach, carried out thanks to a direct connection with the Customer Service, has led him to deepen his understanding of all THRON's operating logic and to become the point of reference for the product documentation and for the Academy area and the certification process to become Content Intelligence Manager. Now he is our Demand Generation Manager.
