He graduated in Civil Engineering - Transport in 2000, and subsequently lived different and varied experiences in the world of logistics. From situations in multinational setting in distribution logistics to point-of-sale networks, to small and medium-sized Italian businesses, both in bulk logistics and packed materials, and in different product categories: oil, publishing, fashion, footwear, heavy industry, components. He joins L'Erbolario, a leading Italian company in the field of natural cosmetics, in 2011, when he develops and implements the New Logistics Hub as the project leader; afterwards he acquires the Logistics Department's leadership with the mission of the best service for the customers and operational efficiency. In L'Erbolario he joined the development team of the new WEB Business Unit, with the task of designing and implementing the logistics production line dedicated to online sales, with attention to service quality, operational speed and the “green” values ​​of the Company.
